» Mar 2, 2021 — Broken roaster :( We’ll continue to sell our other items, but koffee is unavailable until further notice.

» Oct 16, 2020 — Winter market Saturday 10/17! We’ll have Koffee B and Y, plus Apple Black Walnut Bread, Spring Sprang, Espresso Brownies, some new (and familiar) hydrosols, freshly picked/hulled/cured black walnuts, and aloe...along with freshly brewed house blend. Hope you can make it!

» Feb 1, 2019 — Until we’re able to return to regular farmers’ market participation without sacrificing significant family time, we’ll only be able to continue filling online orders as it’s been since October 2017 sadly. Koffee B and Y will be offered; Koffee E and V are suspended since only market-goers seem to be interested in these blends. We’ll continue to work on our essential oil distilling process and our Koffee Kandle ratios during this extended hiatus. Thanks to our online customers who continue to keep us active. We WILL return to the markets one day!

Hello, we would like to thank you for your interest in our products

Koupps Koffee is a locally owned business in Fenton, Missouri. Koupps Koffee was started to bring customers delicious roasted coffees from around the world – but roasted in our own backyard (literally!) Started as a hobby in 2007, we worked to turn our passion for coffee into our family’s small business. We purchase our coffee as raw beans and roast them to create different roasts suited to the type of coffee bean and our own taste tests. It has been a fun and interesting experience to taste test different types of coffee from different world regions and climates. Family and friends had aided us in our experiment and have given us feedback about which types of coffee they prefer; since then numerous customers have added their commentary and strengthened our blends. Again, we would like to thank you for showing your support of our small family-run business. We hope you enjoy your Koffee and look forward to hearing back from you.

We have four different blends available for ordering. Prices do not include sales tax or shipping; you may request delivery or pick-up when it is ready, or select a shipping option at checkout.

This blend of beans from Brazil and Bolivia has a slightly nutty, bitter taste and is carefully roasted to a full-bodied level that highlights its sharp qualities.

Koffee B

Koffee Y

Blends of beans from the Yirgacheffe & Sidamo regions of Ethiopia tend to have a flavor described by some as including dark teas, blackberries, or orange peels. Koffee Y, a lighter roast, is a good blend for breakfast time.

Koffee E

Here is our espresso blend—a carefully crafted mixture of beans from Sumatra, Brazil, and Guatemala, each roasted to just the right level to bring out the sharp characteristics of the bitter chocolaty flavor in this unique formula.

Koffee V

Freshly roasted beans identical to our house blend B, but with vanilla added as the beans cool—an aromatic answer to our customers' requests!

Hydrosol Spray 4oz

This handmade steam-distilled hydrosol is made with no preservatives or non-water solvents. Only freshly picked plants (or, in the case of coffee hydrosol, freshly spent grounds) are used.

Espresso Brownie

These brownies are packed with cocoa and our espresso, mixed with a delicate balance of elements to enhance the smooth, rich taste. Contains wheat gluten and dairy; prepared in a facility that also prepares nuts and other potential allergens.
